ReplyDeleteLove this site. I used to buy Uncut about a decade ago when I had no music collection. Particularly liked this one. Static On The Radio blew me away; I listened to it every day for about three years. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMona Lisa, too. I had this shitty little mp3 player that came in a cereal box and held about 16 songs. I put four songs from Uncut CD's on it and would go hiking around Vancouver with those tunes on endless repeat. The songs were 'Two Fat Feet', Willard Grant Conspiracy's 'Soft Hand' (that version wayyyy better than the lp track on Apple Music), Jesse Malin's 'Brooklyn' and 'Static On The Radio'. Eventually fell madly in love with the Fiery Furnaces. Thanks again!
